Production Introduction

PFPE grease  is  a  good  quality,  long lasting  service  and multiple  effective  grease which use PFPE oil as base oil, PTFE as thickener, add special heat resistance and anti-corrosive additives to make it. The grease is white; and has the advantages of safety, non-toxic, good contact, not easy to flow; meanwhile it has the properties of good heat resistance, super carrying capacity, non-flammable, oil instance, solvent resistance, antioxidation and chemical resistance, as well. It can be compatible with plastic and rubber; the stability is still good in liquid oxygen or oxygen conditions; has well multiple lubricating performances in terrible working conditions. So PFPE lubricating grease can be used in the working condition while normal grease can not be used.

Application:

It widely used in lubrication and seal of different valves, cocks and bearings; and it can be used in lubrication and protection of various chemical valves, and O-ring seals, as well. PFPE lubricating grease can be safely used in all plastic bearings; nuclear, aerospace, food industries; paint production line; chemical industries and many other industries;  it  can  be  used  in  the  working  condition  which  mineral  oil  and  other synthetic grease cannot be used.

Package, Transportation and Storage:

Use 1KG /5KG plastic bottle packing.

Handle the products with care; keep the bottles upright to prevent the damage of the packages or leaking of the oil.

The product is no pressure, non-corrosive, non-toxic, unharmful, and non-pollution, the package is meet the requirements for both sea and air transportation.

The product should be stored in clean condition under room temperature. With long time storage, dusts may collect on the cap of the bottle, please clean the cap before open it to prevent the product from pollution.
