Application Of Pfpe Oil
PFPE (perfluopolyether)vacuum pump oils are used in diffusion pump , recommended for pumping extremely reactive gases. PFPE oils must be used if the process gas could react with hydrocarbon vacuum oil to create a fire or explosion hazard. Because of their high molecular weight and their relative chemical inertness.
